Payments are accepted prior to appointment via BACS or SumUp and prior to appointment

Terms and Conditions

At the initial assessment we will explore your current issues, enquire about background history and establish the focus of therapy. When you first contact me, it is useful if you are able to highlight the issues you need help with, so we can establish a treatment plan. Before your initial assessment you will be sent a copy of my Terms and Conditions and Cancellation policy, which I will ask you to sign prior to the appointment.

 

Duration of Therapy
 
The duration of therapy can be different and is influenced by how long you have been experiencing the difficulties that you have started to notice. I usually start by offering 6 weekly appointments (50 minutes) with a review to determine the nature and duration of therapy appointments after this. I will also explain the evidence base for the duration of some psychotherapies when I see you.
